      Associate Director

      Kevin joined Optima Partners from the Intermediaries Supervision Department of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), responsible for ongoing supervision and inspections of licensed corporations. Prior to that, Kevin worked in the Asset Management Industry Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

      Having extensive experience in serving hedge fund managers, private equity managers and broker-dealers, he provides professional compliance advice with respect to the latest regulatory developments.

      Kevin has been an active contributor to the asset management industry. Kevin was appointed as a member of HKICPA Securities Regulatory Advisory Panel, which is comprised of experienced industry practitioners. In January 2022, he was invited by Metro Broadcast as a guest speaker, discussing ESG investments and climate-related risk management.

      He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). He holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy and Master of Laws (Compliance and Regulations) degrees.

      Kevin speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
      Michel Finzi

      Managing Director, Product Management


      Michel Finzi is Managing Director, Product Management at Enfusion. He leads the Product team responsible for the Enfusion platform, in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and roadmap, and delivering weekly functionality enhancements as part of an exceptional customer experience.

      Appointed to the role in September 2020, Finzi has 30 years of experience building businesses, developing products and organizations, and growing revenues for public and private companies at all stages of development. He has held senior leadership positions at capital markets companies as well as for innovative financial technology and quantitative research firms.

      Finzi previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Tassat, a digital payments and exchange FinTech company. In earlier roles, he was Managing Director of the Equities Division at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, and spent 15 years at Instinet Corporation, where he served as Managing Director of the Institutional Client Group, and Senior Vice President for International Trading.

      Finzi holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
