U.S. Bank has established a strategic relationship with Enfusion, Inc., a leading cloud-native, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for investment managers and asset owners, to provide mutual clients with seamless connectivity to Enfusion’s front-to-back system and middle- and back-office managed services.
Mutual clients will benefit from workflow integration between U.S. Bank Global Fund Services fund administration and investor services offerings and Enfusion’s fully integrated platform, which encompasses portfolio management, order and execution management, accounting and analytics modules, as well as managed services.
The relationship expands middle-office capabilities from U.S. Bank and provides solutions to a broad range of clients, with a focus on institutional managers deploying credit and loan strategies, delivered via hedge funds, ETFs and other investment vehicles.
For credit funds, the combined solution streamlines notoriously complex operational processes. U.S. Bank, as the world’s largest loan trustee, delivers unmatched loan processing and administration technology. To complement this, Enfusion offers the only front-to-back platform for liquid credit and bank loans that includes general ledger support and a managed services team experienced in credit workflows.
“We are excited to leverage our relationship and offer connectivity to Enfusion, giving our clients further optionality in front-to-back technology and middle-office services,” said @Jay Martin, president of U.S. Bank Global Fund Services.
“Our relationship with U.S. Bank builds on bilateral and complementary strengths,” added Enfusion’s chief executive officer, @Oleg Movchan, “As we continue to see growth in credit strategies and increased demand for outsourced managed services, the opportunity to provide our mutual clients with an even more comprehensive solution becomes clear and present.”
